Magical Approach

Artists Brittany Gravely (Boston, MA) and Ken Linehan (Providence, RI) make up Magical Approach, a collaborative, expanded filmmaking project whose performances consist of manipulated, multiple 16mm projections with live sound and other mystical accoutrements. Divining visions for all who participate, Magical Approach relies upon telepathy, synchronicity and the alchemy of photochemistry to guide the work and the performances. Showing part of their “hypnotic” series and Tarot portraits in addition to other short films taken from various uncategorized zones of the ether, Magical Approach will present a unique show created especially for the sleeping giant.
